This RFP closed on 9/30/24 and the proposal from Noanet has been scored as the preferred firm, subject to contract negotiations.

Broadlinc is seeking up to three (3) firms to have on a retainer contract for capacity in the creation of designs for WSBO BEAD Application requirements in Project Areas. The project areas require the construction of separate, yet connected design proposals for middle mile fiber, fiber to the tower (FTTT) and fiber to the home (FTTH) designs for a discrete list of BSLs within each project area.

A firm may choose to include the cost per BSL for the design and each WBSO BEAD Project Area contains approximately 1000 BSLs. Broadlinc will provide initial base concept designs for firms awarded.
